Who May Use the Service

You must be able to enter a binding agreement under applicable law. The Service is designed for freelancers, businesses, and other professional users and is not directed to children under 13.

License to Use the Templates

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to copy, download, edit, print, and use our templates to create invoices or receipts for yourself, your employer, or your clients.

You may not sell, sublicense, republish, or distribute the templates as standalone templates; remove ownership notices; claim the original template designs as your own; scrape or bulk-download the Service; or use the templates to build a competing template library or resale product. You may share a completed invoice or receipt created from a template with the parties involved in the transaction.

Invoice Generator

The invoice generator performs calculations and creates a PDF in your browser. You are responsible for checking every line item, quantity, rate, tax amount, due date, total, page break, and payment instruction before sending the invoice. Browser behavior, rounding, fonts, and PDF rendering may vary by device.

The Service is a document tool, not accounting, tax, legal, banking, or payment-processing software. It does not determine whether tax applies, file returns, send invoices, collect payments, track payment status, or preserve business records for you.

Your Content and Responsibilities

You retain ownership of information you enter into a template or the generator. You represent that you have the right to use any names, addresses, logos, client details, and other content you add.

You are responsible for complying with contracts, recordkeeping rules, tax laws, invoicing requirements, privacy obligations, and industry-specific regulations that apply to you. Do not use the Service to create false, misleading, fraudulent, unlawful, or unauthorized invoices or receipts.

Google and Other Third-Party Services

Google Docs, Google Drive, Vercel, and other linked services are operated by third parties under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control their availability, account requirements, permissions, file conversion, or data practices. “Google Docs” and related marks belong to Google LLC. The Site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original layouts, site design, text, graphics, code, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. The limited template license above does not transfer ownership of the Service or grant rights to our name, domain, or branding.

Acceptable Use

You may not interfere with the Service, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malware, bypass technical limits, misuse another person’s information, infringe intellectual-property rights, or use the Service in a way that violates law or harms others. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the Service, users, or third parties.

Availability and Changes

We may add, change, suspend, or remove templates, downloads, generator features, or other parts of the Service at any time. We do not promise that every file, Google Docs link, or feature will remain available or work with every browser, device, or third-party service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, legally sufficient for your situation, or accepted by a client, tax authority, court, or other organization.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost revenue, profits, data, payments, or business opportunities; or claims arising from an incorrect invoice, tax calculation, payment instruction, unavailable file, third-party service, or your use of the Service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed US $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limits, so part of this section may not apply to you.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your content, your invoices or receipts, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person’s rights.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable United States law and the laws of the state in which the Site operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute must be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction over the Site operator, unless applicable consumer law requires another forum. Before filing a claim, contact us and give us 30 days to try to resolve the issue informally.

Severability and Entire Agreement

If a provision of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement concerning the Service and replace prior statements about the same subject.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and changing the effective date. Continued use after the revised Terms take effect means you accept them. Changes apply prospectively unless the law requires otherwise.
